Beautiful ruby-red colour with violet highlights. The palate is concentrated
on the fruit and vanilla notes. Very fresh palate with thin tannins, giving a
pleasant generous balance to this cru.
Serve with Bordeaux style rib or roasted poultry, along with panfried
boletus mushrooms. Perfect with a good selection of cheeses.
