Rimapere Sauvignon Blanc is a new joint venture between Baron Benjamin de Rothschild, and Craggy Range. Rimapere is the Maori word for “five arrows” which is the Rothschild family emblem and represented the five, entrepreneurial brothers who were the sons of Mayer Amschel Rothschild. The Rimapere vineyard was acquired by Baron Benjamin de Rothschild in 2012.
Pale with green hues. Intense aromatics of lime and blackcurrant with a hint of wet stones. Beautifully integrated on the palate with a core of sweet fruit held firm by fresh acidity with a long textural finish.
